As the founder of the Carolina Brain Injury Center, Dr Mohit Datta has shaped a neurology practice that is rooted in expertise yet defined by humanity.
Dr. Datta is a board-certified neurologist with extensive experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing complex brain injuries and neurological disorders. His work spans traumatic brain injury, concussion management, post-concussive symptoms, headache disorders, cognitive concerns, and long-term neurological rehabilitation. Known for his meticulous approach, he integrates evidence-based medicine with thoughtful, patient-centered decision-making.
At the Carolina Brain Injury Center, Dr. Datta offers a concierge-style model of neurological care, ensuring every patient receives comprehensive attention, continuity, and a clear path through often confusing medical terrain.
